Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FacelessPromo collects, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. SaaS Dot Holdings, LLC is responsible for this data. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t run advertising trackers.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address, when you save a teardown or log in.
- The URLs of the products you submit.
- Messages you send to support.
Information we create for you
- The public text, colors, logo, and screenshots of the websites you submit.
- Your teardowns, content plans, scripts, and videos.
- Your plan, credit balance, and credit history.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing period, but never your full card number.
Technical information
- Cookies that keep you signed in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Server and job logs (such as timestamps, IP addresses, and errors), used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service: analyze your product, plan your content, and generate and store your videos.
- To bill you, apply credits, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer support requests and send messages about your account (such as sign-in links and billing notices).
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic’s commercial terms do not allow it to train on content we send through its API.
Who processes your data
We share data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Anthropic: website text, screenshots, and briefs, to write teardowns, plans, scripts, and storyboards.
- Wavespeed: script text and scene descriptions, to generate voiceovers and AI video clips.
- Supabase: database, sign-in, and file storage for your account and videos.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices, and tax.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Where it’s stored
Our providers store data primarily in the United States. If you are outside the US, your data is transferred there.
How long we keep it
- Account data, teardowns, plans, and videos: for as long as your account exists.
- Unsaved teardowns made without an account: we may delete them after 30 days.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Logs: up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. Email support@facelesspromo.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account deletes your teardowns, plans, and videos.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to your account data is restricted to you by database rules, and our staff access it only to support you or keep the service running. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach that affects you as the law requires.
Children
FacelessPromo is not for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
