Terms of Service

What FacelessPromo does

You give us the URL of a product. We read the public website, take screenshots, and use AI models to produce a marketing teardown, a 30-day short-form content plan, and videos for that plan. Everything we generate is created by software, including AI models from third parties.

Your account

• You can run a teardown without an account. Saving it, building a plan and making videos require an email address you control.
• Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Use it for products you can promote

Only submit websites you own or are authorized to market. You may not use FacelessPromo to:

• create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate a person or company, or promote a product as someone else’s;
• make health, financial, or other claims you cannot substantiate;
• overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.

We may refuse, stop, or remove any job that breaks these rules.

Your content and our license to use it

You keep the rights you have in your website, logo, screenshots, and brand. You give us a limited license to access and copy them only to provide the service to you: to analyze your product, to place your screenshots and logo in your videos, and to store the results in your account.

What you own

To the extent the law allows, the teardowns, plans, scripts, and videos we generate for you are yours to use, edit, and publish, including commercially. We keep all rights in the FacelessPromo software, rendering engine, prompts, and designs. Videos made on the free plan carry a small FacelessPromo watermark.

AI output needs your review

AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to content made for others. Review every script, caption, and video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including advertising-law compliance, required disclosures, and each platform’s rules (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others). Plans and target metrics are suggestions, not promises of views or sales.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions: Launch ($49/month, 30 credits) and Growth ($129/month, 100 credits). Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect.
• One credit makes one video; Cinematic AI videos use 5. Credits are added each paid month, roll over while your subscription is active, and have no cash value.
• If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe, or an affiliate of Stripe, may act as the seller of record for your purchase and handle sales tax and VAT. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

FacelessPromo relies on providers including Anthropic (AI models), Wavespeed (voice and video models), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting) and Stripe (payments). How we share data with them is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give paying customers at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused prepaid time.

Ending your use

You can stop using FacelessPromo and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SaaS Dot Holdings, LLCis not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
